Description of the mission related to Key performance indicators

The Financial Division of Total Petrochemicals activities are based in Brussels and is structured in 9 departments:

- General accounting and accounts payable
- Analytical accounting (cost accounting)
- Credit management (and account receivables)
- Treasury cash management and Shareholder services
- Consolidation and reporting
- Central controlling
- Tax
- Internal Control and financial security
- Organisation & Methods

The aim of the mission is to detect and to highlight significant and meaningful Key performance Indicators (KPI) for the recurrent activities for each of the above-mentioned departments as well as synthetic indicators for the Finance Division management.

The objective of the management is to use these indicators as a measure of the continuous improvement of the Finance Divisions recurrent processes.

This may lead you to build a complete list of such recurrent activities and to re-evaluate existing KPI.

This mission includes also the determination and the development of adequate tools, so that those KPI can be implemented in a highly automated, coherent and efficient way.

You may require the collaboration from the various heads of departments as well as from our Information Systems &Technology Division.

This mission is estimated for duration of 3 months (as from August) and will be coordinated by the Organization and Method manager.
