The British Council is seeking the following:

 

Global Account Managers ā€“ Pearson Edexcel

Global Account Manager- Cambridge English

 

Reporting to the Head of School Exams or Head of Professional & University Exams

this is an exciting opportunity to provide excellent Key Account Management for all key accounts, proactively identifying opportunities for growth, managing risk and understanding who are the main decision makers and influencers. To develop KAM plans in line with the school, professional and university and deliver income and surplus growth in line with ambitious global targets- by maximizing value from key accounts.

 

In addition to the above you will;

  • Develop a much deeper knowledge of key accounts to ensure all their needs are being proactively met and they feel really valued.
  • Grow and develop all key accounts whilst maintaining quality and customer satisfaction as their demands change
  • Ensure we provide fair, even handed and transparent key account management to all examination boards in the UK and overseas.
  • This role will play a key role in helping bring to life the new structure and make it work in order to deliver the new operating model principles
  • Evolving the British Council examinations services offer in response to client and the changing nature of assessment / technology
