Purpose Of The Job
To ensure achievement of targeted net revenue & customer additions in Zone for DSL products through sales planning and channel expansion
Key Deliverables
- Increasing DSL (broadband, landline, wireline) sales to both B2B and B2C consumers in the assigned territory, through regular sharing of product knowledge and visiting customers for demos.
- Achieve Net/Gross additions in DSL segments
- Drive Channel Expansion & Market Development
- Achieve Tertiary recharge revenue target
- Implement Sales Management Process
- Ensure a high Channel Satisfaction score
- Ensure adequate quality of manpower at Channel Partners’ end
- Airtel Prepaid Enrolment Form Compliance
- Manage scale and size of operation
- Managing multiple stake holders
Qualification & Key Skills/ Competencies
- MBA mandatory
- 8-10 years preferably in FMCG, Consumer Durables, Telecom
