JOB SPECIFICATION
Minimum Qualifications: • Degree in Human Resources Management or related field
Professional Registration: • Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management
Minimum Experience : • Minimum of 5 years in Operational Human Resources • At least 3 years in a management-level position • Solid experience in tactical operations
Key Skills: • Sound Knowledge of HR best practices and trends • Sound understanding of relevant legislation • Good understanding of the labour environment
