about the role
1. Launch advertising campaigns into the market that result in meeting the desired objectives and fulfilling the intended goals.
2. Manage briefing agencies, suppliers to execute the plan placed by the Communication team in order to fulfill the desired response from customers.
3. Work closely with the creative agencies to develop corporate and commercial requested campaigns in TV, radio, print, online, BTL, activations and outdoor media, to all target markets and ensure that the campaign is meeting all desired objectives.
4. Implement the suitable media plan via coordinating with the media agency to adopt the best and most suitable communication mix, within the allocated budget, to maximize reach, frequency and ensure overall effectiveness of the campaign.
5. Handle continual monitoring performance of campaign while on air to ensure its achieving the desired response and meeting/surpassing the set forecast.
6. Coordinate efficiently with other entities within the organization in order to achieve the Communication plan KPIs (Marketing, Sales, Procurement, Internal Communications, etc…)
7. Propose new innovative ideas to add to the image and value of the brands.
8. Coordinate closely with fellow department team members to make sure that every aspect related to the campaign is being developed with the same consistency among internal and external channels and within the requested timeframe (window banners are installed on time and in approved shape, activations were successful, posts on social networks are of the same language as that of the campaign, etc..)
9. Monitor the agencies to make sure that all material, artworks, etc… are delivered within the adequate lead time to ensure timely bookings and meeting deadlines.
10. Monitor meticulously all advertising material developed by competitors and being fully aware of their products, services, communication activities Vs. Orange`s.
about you
Education:
Bachelor of Mass Communications, Marketing or Business Administration.
Experience:
Minimum 4 years experience; 2 in Advertising, Marketing or a related field
skills
- Fluent English both spoken and written.
- Knowledge of micro soft computer software.
- Understanding of market segmentation & the different characteristic of each segment.
- Understanding of importance of Brand equity.
- Initiative and enthusiastic.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
