Our iTaste Graduate Programs offer career development in a variety of business streams including Integrated Supply Chain (ISC), Sales, Marketing, Research, Development & Quality (RDQ), Human Resources and Finance. We generally recruit those about to graduate with a first degree, although in India we hire those completing an MBA.
Your experiences as an iTaster, and the length of your program, will depend on your country and business stream. But wherever your interests lie, you’ll see a global business in action and work on projects that will take you out of your comfort zone and help us to create delicious moments of joy.
Typically, your program is likely to begin with an induction to introduce you to our business, culture and values. Then you’d move into the first of a series of rotations. Our rotations are designed to give you cross-business, cross-functional exposure to accelerate your development. There could be the opportunity to attend learning forums or customized workshops that focus on a particular skill, or even take part in a business challenge. We’ll encourage you to connect with other graduates to share experiences and develop a network of contacts. It will take a lot of commitment, but you won’t be alone – a business mentor and/or buddy will help guide you on the path to becoming a future leader at Mondelēz International.
