Key Responsibilities:
- Drive performance management process and policies for the organisation in line with corporate and employees key performance indicators.
- Develop performance scorecard for the organisation and employees and monitor implementation.
- Responsible for managing organisational projects, track resources and costs.
- Responsible for coordinating and monitoring the time allotted for projects and ensure timely delivery.
- Review performance levels and outputs against the defined targets to sustain a high performing company.
Required Competencies:
- A university degree
- 8 years post NYSC work experience in similar role, preferably in the financial services industry
- Higher qualification or professional certification in project management is required
- Broad experience and knowledge in tracking performance and project
- Time management and organisational skills
Remuneration: N6,000,000.00k per annum
