The Mitchell Group (TMG), an international development consulting firm based in Washington, DC, is currently is seeking applications from qualified Organizational Development Specialist candidates to propose for the upcoming End-line Evaluation in Ethiopia. Note: This opportunity is in the proposal stage and will only be granted upon successful award of the contract.The Organizational Development Specialist will focus on the questions specific to capacity building of implementing partners and host-government institutions. S/he will be expected to assist the team leader in all aspects of design, data collection, analysis, and write up of the capacity building/strengthening component of the evaluation.
Required:
- Master degree in public health, social sciences or related field (minimum)
- Five (5) years of experience in organizational capacity assessments and analysis (minimum)
- Written and spoken English.
Submit with application: Two (2) research reports in which the Organizational Development Specialist was a key member of a research team plus, a signed and dated USAID 1420 Biodata form.
