The Mitchell Group (TMG), an international development consulting firm based in Washington, DC, is currently is seeking applications from qualified HIV Prevention Specialist candidates to propose for the upcoming End-line Evaluation in Ethiopia. Note: This opportunity is in the proposal stage and will only be granted upon successful award of the contract.
The HIV Prevention Specialist will focus on evaluating behavioral change and prevention activities of the project. S/he will participate in helping to design the study, review, and finalize the data collection instruments, collect, analyze, and interpret findings pertaining to behavioral interventions and other HIV prevention activities, as well as draft various components of the evaluation reports under the direction of the Team Leader.

Required:
- Master degree in public health or related field (minimum)
- Proven experience in social behavioral change activities
- Eight (8) years of experience in program evaluation, preferably in the area of HIV/AIDS (minimum)
- Expertise in designing, implementing, and/or evaluating HIV Prevention programs in a developing country context
- Written and spoken English
