REMUNERATION: Successful candidates will be entitled to a basic salary of N30,000 monthly plus good Commission.

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
DOCUMENTATION ASSESSMENT AGENT
- Collect and crosscheck customer’s documents to ensure they are complete and valid
- Assess and analyze financial information and make good decisions
- Prepare internal reports
- Manage and maintain files for assigned portfolio of account
RECOVERY AGENT
- Collect outstanding amounts from clients and achieve collections targets
- Check inflows and follow up with customers
- Maintain account’s book to ensure that the customers’ status is accurate and up to date
- Develop reports on accounts
- Visit customers for payment
CUSTOMER OUTREACH AGENT
- Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential prospects, building rapport, providing technical information and product presentation
- Report to the customer outreach lead on sales, also providing feedback about outreach activities on a daily basis
- Analyse the territory/market potential and determining the value of existing and prospective customer value to the organization
- Expedite the resolution of customers problem and complaints
QUALIFICATIONS: Ordinary National Diploma in any related discipline
LOCATION: This role is based in Ibadan
