This is a senior post within the department, and the post holder is responsible for direct policy positions and for the overarching framework and decision making processes of all organisational public policy. The post holder will exercise a high level of influence with senior colleagues, shaping organisational thinking and understanding on key issues within the context of Partnership for Change and strategic priorities.
The post is line managed by the Director of PPD and will be an active member of the PPD senior management team. S/he works very closely with all PPD teams, with heads of geographical divisions and policy functions across the global partnership.
