JOB SUMMARY:
The Store Assistant will supervise the purchase of the inventory that is required in the store. s/he also takes care of the style in which the fruits and vegetables are presented to the customers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assist with employee management initiatives
• Complete store operations requirements
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications;
• Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements;
• Protects employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
• Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
