Job Description Sales and Business Development

  • Manage and maintain a sales pipeline and ensure all business development opportunities are followed through to conclusion.
  • Drive increased revenue and profit to achieve the Company`s ambitious growth.
  • Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
  • Planning and coordinating the implementation of business plans and the penetration of new markets.
  • Carry out market and technology research to increase market share.
  • Distribution channel analysis and development
  • Responsible for the overall management of all strategic and operational Marketing and Customer Relationship activities.
  • Provide market feedback to the company leadership regarding competitive offerings, prospect needs and generate product development ideas.
  • Work with senior management to align sales strategies and solutions.
  • Present to and consult with management on business trends with a view to developing new services, products, and distribution channels.
  • Preparing reports on business development and sales activities

 

Person Specification

·         Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Related field.

·         Self-driven individual

·         Experience in an IT Industry is an added advantage.

·         2-3 years’ cognate experience in Sales/Marketing

·         Young and vibrant individual
