Job Description
  • Manage large amount of incoming calls and customer inquiries.
  • Generating Sales lead.
  • Identifying and assessing Customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers
  • Keeps records of customer interactions, process accounts and file documents.
  • Handles customer complaints; provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Meet personal/Customer Service Sales targets and call handling quotas
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Resolves products or service problems by clarifying the customers’ complaints; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment, following up to ensure resolution
Person Specification

·         Bachelor’s Degree

·         Self-driven individual

·         2-3 years proven customer support/client service  experience

·         Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening skill.

·         Excellent communication and presentation skills

·         Ability to multi-task, prioritize, manage time effectively.

·         Must reside on the Mainland.

·         Young and vibrant individual
