PSI Ethiopia is an innovative network member of PSI with a team of more than 140 people passionate about marketing and dedicated to serving Sara! Since 2003, we have marketed products and led programs to prevent HIV, improve reproductive health, and improve child health. We market condoms and increase condom use among people most at risk of HIV. We increase access to clean water by selling Wuha Agar, a water disinfectant. At PSI Ethiopia we do more than simply provide products and services, we seek to create true change – buy making markets work for the poor – to increase the use of critical health products and services that are available, affordable, and desirable to the most vulnerable Ethiopian people
We are looking for a Finance Director to support finance and admin under an anticipated 5-year USAID-funded HIV Key and Priority Populations Activity in Ethiopia. The program will be aimed at identifying key and priority populations, providing HIV prevention and treatment services, and linking with community- and facility-based HIV services across the clinical cascade in Ethiopia

Your contribution
- Overseeing financial and accounting matters within the project
- Managing financial systems, generating financial reports and leading evidence-based finance processes
- Tracking expenses and conducting regular cost analyses to ensure operational excellence and efficiency
- Leading synergies between financial and operational systems
- Overseeing project finances
- Leading and representing PSI to the donor for all financial and budget-related matters

Your background
- An advanced degree in accounting, finance, business management or a related field
- At least 10 years of experience managing the finances for large donor-funded (preferably USAID) programs, and at least three years overseeing substantial sub-grants is desirable
- Demonstrated experience using financial data for evidence-driven decision making
- Strong demonstrated leadership qualities, depth and breadth of technical and management expertise
- Demonstrated capacity to build and maintain productive working relationships with a wide network of internal stakeholders
Desired Qualifications:
- Master in Business Administration
- Experience, and strong interpersonal, writing, and oral presentation skills
