Purpose Statement
To provide unparalleled brand experiences by ensuring superior customer service, direct sales facilitation, and providing unforgettable consumer experiences throughout the “”Consumer Journey””.
Key Deliverables:
The primary tasks, functions and deliverables of the role include: (but is not limited to)
SELL! SELL! SELL!
The role is primary a sales role and is remunerated with a very attractive base plus commission structure.
The individual must have the ability to sell and upsell to existing (ensure retention) and new customers (attract).
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
Continuously monitor and provide inputs into the formation of tactical promotions to increase sales and profit.
WOW THE CONSUMER
Ensure unforgettable consumer experiences and unsurpassed customer service using professional demeanor, conduct and communications (i.e. pre; during and after sales services, including the handling of customer complaints and issues resolution) that speaks to the quality of the products and services offered.
Understand and be able to represent the brand, products and services offered whilst ensuring adherence to legislative limitations and company policies, procedures and ideals
OPERATIONAL AND TRANSACTIONAL
Ensure that all POS (Point of Sales) procedures are followed as per standard operating procedures
Handling of Cash and Card sales transactions, including the processing of sales, banking, balancing, cash-ups and float management
Daily Stock, Sales and Cash Reporting.
General housekeeping and maintenance of the shop and displays, ensuring representation of the quality standards idelaised in the brand, products and services we provide.
INVENTORY, ASSETS AND CASH MANAGEMENT
Safe keeping of all company assets including but not limited to: Stock, Cash, Computers, Devices and related equipment’s
Control and Facilitation of all Stock Processes i.e. replenishment, daily stock counts, stock rotation, stock receipts and stock controls (ensuring that stock does not get damaged, lost or stolen).

RESOURCE MANAGEMENT
Supervise Junior Staff, ensuring proper training and adherence to company and brand protocols
Manage the Staff Roster, Leave Schedules and Training requirements for the shop.
ADMINISTRATION AND REPORTING
Propose and secure shop-level commitment to weekly and monthly sales targets once agreed with the brand team.
Prepares Opening and Closing stock reports, including Sales, Float, Cash and Card balancing
Opening and Closing of the shop, ensuring adherence to all control and security protocols for all company assets (stock devices and financials)
PLANNING
Assists the Brand Team in developing Targets, additional training requirements, control measures and promotional activities.

LOCATION
We have positions available in Cape Town Central, Atlantic Seaboard, Southern Suburbs and Northern Suburbs.
Essential requirements
Matric as a minimum qualification.
Desirable requirements
Previous 2 years Retail Sales Experience
Target and Sales Driven – ability to show consistency in achieving/surpassing targets in a retail environment
Confident and Ambitious Individuals – Go Getters
Drive for Customer Service and Satisfaction – must show passion and hands-on approach for the customer, brand and the products
Presentable (Physical, Verbal and Attitudinal)
Committed and Punctual.
Willing to work retail work hours (shifts).
Be self-motivated and have the ability to work independently.
Be able to display an all-round joyful sociability with a wide range of people.
Some Computer literacy.
