The internship will be offered hands-on training and the opportunity to gain experience within the dynamic environment of Corporate Finance, though exposure to the different steps of M&A and capital raising transactions across various sectors. It will also give the trainee exposure to the buoyant Sub-Saharan Africa region. The trainee will be expected to conduct research including data collection and analytics, in-depth financial statement analysis, build financial models, value companies using different methods, and prepare documents and presentations for use during discussions with external parties (e.g. clients, potential investors, strategic partners).
