This 12 month Global Graduate Program provides successful candidates with the opportunity to fast track their career within our global organization. The program ensures that, you will make your mark as the next generation of BAT leaders.
The program is designed to make you a well-rounded BAT employee, giving you exposure and the opportunity to work in at least one different function from the one you are hired for, as well as mentoring and coaching sessions from senior leaders within the organization. You will also work on international projects along the way and participate in the BAT Academy.

Essential requirements • University graduate with Honors or a High GPA
• 0-2 years of professional work experience
• Authorized to work in Algeria
• Fluent English
