PRODUCTION PHARMACIST PBPP 01

The successful individual will contribute in the planning and organising of all the client’s manufacturing activities. He/She will control the production process and production facilities, execute weekly and monthly production plans, ensure all production equipment are in working condition. The successful individual will also be responsible for supervising the duties of subordinates, operators and rest of workers and ensuring discipline and good working culture among the staff. The successful candidate for the Production Pharmacist role will report to the Head, Plant Operations.

HEAD OF PROCUREMENT – TECHNICAL – PIHPT 01

The Head of Procurement – Technical is expected to deliver effective Procurement solutions across the business in line with the group’s business targets and objectives; deliver defined savings targets; deliver defined value adding targets and measures; actively manage supply risk and performance; develop supply chain capability to meet future business needs; and, ultimately, improve performance, improve the organisation’s competitive advantage, and reduce costs and business risk significantly. He/she is expected to deliver an innovative and value for money procurement service by embedding category strategies for the particular area of responsibility by focusing on the needs of internal and external stakeholders.
The successful individual will have no less than a Bachelor’s degree and typically 15 or more years’ related work experience or a Master’s degree with typically 12 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

PROCUREMENT ANALYST – PIPA 01

Procurement Analyst will be responsible for organising, evaluation and production of information for decision-making. This will include validation of quality of information for complex decision making. The successful individual will have no less than a Technical Bachelor’s degree and typically 7 or more years’ related work experience or a Master’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

SENIOR CONTRACT SPECIALIST – PISCS 01

The Senior Contract Specialist will be responsible for complex contract drafting, compliance, risk management, audit, policy, negotiation support and supplier qualification oversight activities. Working closely with the technical project teams, procurement, operations and other supporting functions to ensure successful integration and support of proposal efforts, contract execution and supplier management initiatives.

The successful individual will have no less than a Law Degree or equivalent and 10 years’ experience working with contracts and subcontracts.  Experience of audit and the development of policies and procedures is desirable.

SENIOR MANAGER -SUPPLY CHAIN FUNCTIONAL EXCELLENCE – PISMSCFE 01

The Senior Manager – Supply Chain Functional Excellence department would be responsible for a team of subject matter experts delivering Business Intelligence, Analysis, Contract Risk, Compliance & Audit, Supplier Programme Managers, Supplier Requirements Engineering, Supplier Quality and Supply Chain Risk. Working closely with project teams, procurement, operations, supply chain and other supporting functions to ensure that supply chain functional performance is delivering best practice
The successful individual will have no less than a Law Degree or equivalent and 10 years’ experience working with contracts and subcontracts.  Experience of audit and the development of policies and procedures is desirable.

 

SENIOR SUPPLIER PROGRAMME MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain, the Senior Supplier Program Management Specialist will be responsible for management and oversight of major supplier activities. Working closely with the technical project teams, procurement, operations and other supporting functions to ensure successful integration and support of proposal efforts, contract execution and supplier management initiatives.
The successful individual will be degree qualified and typically have acquired 14 or more years’ cognate work experience or a Master’s degree with typically 12 or more years’ or a PhD degree with typically 9 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
