Position Summary: Business Partner for Advance Manufacturing and Industry 4.0 is single point of contact for AME function and accountable to enable advance manufacturing technology and New Product Introduction from ITKey Activities/Responsibilities
• Single Point of contact for Advance Manufacturing Engineering function
• Accountable to enable Industry 4.0 & Factory digitization from IT
• Accountable for all AME IT projects ( Ex. Component Traceability and Smart Automation )
• Build AME IT AOP and collaborate with center IT to execute
• Customer engagement and business needs identification with Sourcing function
• Propose solutions that meet business needs and manage the schedule, scope, cost of IT solutions
• Collaborative and partner with Center IT to discuss and agree Infrastructure requirement
• Provide inputs for STRAP related to AME and Industry 4.0 related programs
• Alignment of Program with all IT key initiatives
• Drive Budget and Schedule adherence, Manage AOP, as well as benefits plan and measurements
• Ensure HUE is considered in all projects and is part of the team culture
Educational Qualifications and Position Requirements (pre requisites)
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, informatics or similar field such as Technology
• 7 years of relevant experience in IT
• 2 year of prior Industrial Software experience
• English Speaking
Preferred Qualifications
• Master’s degree in statistics preferred
• Working knowledge in AME function
• German or french speaking skills preferable

• Relevant experiences in the area of industrial IT and the topics industry 4.0, OPC-UA, MES. etc.
• Structured, analytic and independent working methods
• Integration of digital product and process models as well as production optimization like closed production loops and predictive maintenance

• Good oral and written communications; excellent presentation skills
