Description
To provide a sales support function to two field based Area Sales Managers (ASM) and their customer base. Provide customers with quotations and orders in a prompt timely manner with the aid of technical support in conjunction with your ASM.
To compile all necessary reporting for your region including for the ASM’S and management
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (TASKS / DUTIES)
Technical
• Develop and maintain a high level of technical knowledge for all product divisions
• Ensure regular contact with the Technical support department to ensure quotes provided are correct in terms of specification
• Attend regular product training to ensure consistent knowledge base in line with market developments
Sales
• To utilise in house systems to create quotations/orders and apply specific, approved discounts for customers
• To accompany your ASM when required on customer visits when required
• To develop, maintain and improve standards of service to your account base
• To ensure all orders are received, processed and despatched efficiently and on time.
• To successfully resolve customer queries through liaising with other departments within ADI Global quickly and efficiently
Organisational
• To provide a key liaison between Business Managers, Product Managers and Key Accounts to ensure that we are meeting their product expectations consistently and that the account is aware of all the relevant product developments
• To provide regular reports to the sales managers
• Provide a regular review of sales activity
• Provide statistical information on activity for customer visits when required
• To ensure quotations/orders are all processed promptly for customer base

• Ensure the completion of all necessary administrative work, records, reports required in relation to the work undertaken in an accurate and timely manner.

Qualifications
• Experience with sales in security industry will be an advantage.
• Basic computer knowledge.
