Job Title: Deputy Manager, Client Services
Purpose
- Coordinate liaison between the agency and business partners/clients.
- Coordinate business operations in support of clients’ business and ensure overall flawless service delivery.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Improve communication between agency and clients while providing quick responses to clients’ requests.
- Receive, coordinate & provide clients with timely updates & statuses of ongoing projects
- Identify, negotiate and manage strategic relationships with partners, vendors and other stakeholders
- Actively seek industry information on how to improve service offerings to assure client satisfaction
- Coordinate/manage key deliverables/milestones across clients, with clear delivery dates, accountability/identified ‘owners’, dependencies, performance against target delivery dates
- Attend client meetings & ensure that meeting notes are sent timely
Required Skills and Competencies
- Excellent oral and written communication skills/relationship management skills
- Excellent presentation skills (must be proficient in use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Must be presentable and well-groomed
- Budget management and problem solving skills
Experience and Qualifications
- 5-7 years experience in similar role in a PR agency, advertising firm, etc.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Statistics, or any course in social science & humanities.
- Post graduate qualification will be an added advantage
- Possession of relevant certification in marketing
