The Role
Exams Officer – Port Harcourt (Support/Administration)
The Responsibilities
You will be in charge of:
> Administration of examinations (pre-test)
> Exam delivery
> Post-Examination administration
> Marketing & Customer Service
The Person
We are looking for someone with:
> Experience of handling and reporting on payments from customers.
> Experience providing and monitoring service to quality standards.
> Track record of working quickly and accurately to tight deadlines
