Reports to:  Sales Manager

Job Purpose:

To make reservations and issue tickets whilst providing the highest standard of customer service to both existing and potential clients.

• Interface with customers regarding ticket sales and reservation

·         Ensure all tickets are issued correctly and according to IATA regulations.

• Handle all customer-related issues at the front desk area to the satisfaction of all potential passengers and existing passengers
• Ensure  customer turn-around time is within company standards
• Provide relevant, timely & accurate reports for management briefing
• Assist Marketing Officials in  organizing  Special Events and activities

·         Provide a frontline point of presence for passenger enquiries.

·         Process baggage and passengers in line with AWA standards.

·         Issue MPDs for excess luggage payments.

·         Conduct coupon reconciliation and balancing.

·         Reconcile cash uplift with ticket sales.

·         Block group seats for series and adhoc group.

·         Possess knowledge in revalidation, rebooking, upgrading.

·         Knowledge of  Radixx is a plus

·                    A minimum of Diploma in Aviation related courses

·                    Preferable but not essentially to have IATA/UFTTA qualifications.

·                    Preferable to have experience in CRS/GDS.

·          Ability to speak French is a plus

·          Numerical Competence

·                    Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

·                    Work well on own initiative and adapt to changing work demands.

·                    Computer literate.

·                    Legal right to work in Ghana
