WTS Energy is currently searching for a Marketing and Proposal manager who will support our business managers in the pursuit of new business by leading the proposal development process. This position is responsible for managing proposal development as well as other marketing deliverables that differentiate and create a competitive advantage for WTS Energy as a blue chip supplier of personnel services to the global Oil, Gas and Energy industries.
The creation of these documents will need to be done under strict deadlines. Proposal responses are coordinated with the business development, recruitment, operations and leadership teams. This position will manage the process independently and with strict adherence to company templates and standards. Attention to detail and ability to ability to continuous improve internal documentation is essential.
The position will be based in The Hague, The Netherlands.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Sourcing for global tender opportunities
- Completing vendor registration packages designed to become pre-approved supplier to our target customers
- Lead request for information, quotation, proposal, and bidding processes.
- Studying Tenders and client requirements and Preparing all related Technical and Commercial documentation.
- Develops, reviews, and edits Requests for Proposal (RFP) responses, presentations, and other marketing materials to be used for business development purposes.
- Organizes proposal materials and responses. Collaborates with Business Managers, Recruitment, Operations teams and leadership team to develop strategies and a clear/concise value proposition.
- Creates new content and updates existing or outdated content when required and ensures that is properly filed for future use.
- Uses project management skillset to ensure work is completed within the required timelines.
- Researches and gathers information for use in proposal development including research on client organizations and competition.
- Contributes to the marketing & branding aspects of WTSEnergy.com and WTS Energy’s online presence
