Responsibilities;
- Conceptualizing, evaluating & supervising ICT based projects
- Formulate, review and enforce ICT policy.
- Recommend purchases of IT infrastructures, consumables and software need of the organization.
- First line business and technical liaison with consultants and vendors on organization IT needs.
- Minimum of 8 years of work experience is required.
- Manage software, hardware and networking issues.
- Prepare departmental budget for the organization.
- Manage ICT event log culture for the purpose of audit.
- BSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering or any related course
- You must have prior experience in business transformation from ICT Unit.
- Sound leadership qualities and also a good team member
- A clear understanding and ideas about technology trends
- Ability to recognizes and respond to the need for change whilst energizing, motivating and supporting staff throughout this process to improve service delivery.

- Primarily responsible for assisting the Company Secretary in attending to secretarial functions, performing assigned legal tasks, and giving supports regarding regulatory compliance requirements of the company.
- Assist in developments of minutes, take care of meeting logistics, assist in ensuring welfare of directors, take preliminary actions regarding Corporate Affairs Commission filings, circulation of directives, review of legal documents/proffering of legal opinion, self-development and assisting in regulatory filings.
Requirements:
- A bachelor of Law or LL.B, Law and B.L, Law is a must.
- You must have prior experience in the insurance industry, as well as in the bar is essential.
- Must have minimum of 5 years of work experience.
