Front Desk Internship Roles and Responsibilities
- Carrying out the day-to-day duties of a front desk executve in order to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the switchboard, answering telephone calls in a timely and efficient manner, transferring calls as necessary, dealing with general enquiries, and/or referring visitors to the appropriate persons.
- Perform administrative support tasks, such as proofreading, transcribing handwritten information on computers
- Coordinating the delivery and pick up of business-related documents through appropriate courier companies on behalf of staff and department lead.
- Schedule appointments, maintain and update appointment calendars.
- Process and prepare memos, correspondence and other documents.
- Assist in receiving goods supplied by vendors.
- Assist in organizing internal meetings
- Maintaining accurate records on these transactions and reconciling them with monthly invoice.
- Communicating company information
- Ensuring, as far as possible, that complaints and concerns received are attended to speedily and satisfactorily.
- Carry out any other duties that may be assigned.
Remuneration: GHC500.00
Duration of Internship: FOUR MONTHS
