Account Manager
Affiliate Relations Manager
National Sales Manager / Account Executive
- Generate new clients, pursue inquiries, manage call preparation, schedule sales calls and own all follow up
- Create effective sales pitches, deck presentation and collateral
- Meet and exceed sales goals
- Develop and maintain longterm client relationships
- Collaborate with account management team for successful transition and launch of new clients
- Maintain and grow sales plan/pipeline
- Work trade shows and conferences (~3/year) to maintain client relationships and seek new business
Minimum Qualifications:
- Excellent networking, presentation and communications skills
- 5+ years of sales or marketing experience
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- An energetic selfstarter with an established skill set in affiliate marketing sales or digital sales
- Ability to lead, influence and present at all levels across the organization
- Proven history of performance in developing and maintaining strong client relationships
- Thrives in a fast paced environment
- 5+ years of sales or marketing experience in digital advertising or related industries with 2+ years of affiliate marketing experience
- BA/BS degree is preferred

We are seeking a full-time Affiliate Relations Manager for identifying and recruiting relevant sites into our affiliate programs. Another function is cross-recruiting affiliates we already work with from their current AffiliateManager.com merchant-programs into other, relevant AffiliateManager.com merchant-programs we have to offer. A candidate with a background in e-commerce would be ideal, but most importantly, we need a person with excellent customer service skills as this position calls for strength in relationship-building.

- Build friendly and trustworthy relationships with affiliates quickly through communication, follow-up and coordination
- Manage recruitment data through active use of Microsoft Office, Internal Recruitment Tool and Gmail
- Report recruitment progress to Account Manager
- Exhibit strong problem-solving, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Correspond regularly with affiliates via email and telephone
- Express interest in taking on increased responsibilities as they may evolve
Working Hours: 9:00am-6:00pm EST M-F (all employees enjoy an hour lunch break every day).
