Job Description
We are seeking to recruit SHS and Diploma graduates to enhance our future Talent Pool.
PROGRAM OVERVIEW
Our trainee program is a great opportunity for us to attract young people with fresh perspectives and with a mindset of putting customers first.
High school/Diploma graduates will be trained to be equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service and contribute to contact center efficiencies by understanding the “how” and “why” of stellar service and basic contact center operations.
Designed to move agents beyond minimum standards into outstanding, knowledgeable contact center employees, the program will:

  • Increase customer satisfaction through agents who are thoroughly trained in how to exceed service standards
  • Enhance employee satisfaction and retention as agents better understand their contribution to the contact center operations and the entire organization
  • Develop a pool of qualified talent who will eventually move into supervisory and management roles
  • Train agents with the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver enhanced efficiencies and service

WHAT TO EXPECT

  • The training is a 2-3 months program.
  • Over the 2-3 months program, you will discover at first- hand what it takes to thrive in our challenging fast-paced environment.
  • Supported by experienced managers, colleagues and a wide range network of diverse peers, you will be encouraged to take on responsibilities. You will be valued as an individual and for the contribution you make.
  • We will provide you with training and development opportunities making you gain an all round experience in the Contact Center.
  • Opportunities will be provided for best performance to secure roles at the end.
Required Skills or Experience

Qualification and Experience

  • SHS/DIPLOMA Leavers Only
  • Previous experience in a Contact Centre Working Environment is a PLUS

Person Specification

  • Not above 28 years of age.
  • Ability to speak Fluent Twi and any one of the following Ghanaian Languages;
    • Ga
    • Ewe
    • Hausa
    • Dagbani (Dagomba)
    • Ability to speak more languages (both Local and foreign) is a PLUS
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbal and written
  • Ability to plan and appropriately deliver on timelines and targets
  • Good command and usage of basic computer applications including MS Office Suite, Windows OS, and Good Typing Skills
  • Excellent Interpersonal skills
  • Effective Problem solving skills
  • Ability to effectively multi-task and deliver in stressed conditions
  • An Understanding in  BPO and Contact Centre Terminology is a PLUS
