Modern Auto Services is a reputable automobile company which is seeking applications from self-motivated and hardworking professionals to fill the following vacancy: TRAINING INSTRUCTOR
DUTIES AND RSPONSIBILITIES

• in charge of overall technical training in the s3rvice department
• to identify staff training needs of the workshop and submit recommendations to GM-After sales for implementation
• study technical report received from Mercedes-Benz, and Suzuki and disseminate information to service department where necessary
• Ensure the circulation of Technical Bulletins
• Support technicians in solving difficult problems relating to repairs
• Ensure compliance of technicians in their work with the service manual with Mercedes and Suzuki standards and educational programs

Required Skills or Experience

• The ideal candidate must have a first degree, preferably BSc in Mechanical Engineering
• He must be a fast learner with a passion of the automobile industry
• He must also be conversant with the use of the application software and the internet
• Young graduates with a BSc in mechanical engineering are encourage to apply.

SPECIAL ABILITIES/PERSONALITY TRAITS

• The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills
• He must be reliable, and responsible
• He must be able to work under pressure with less supervision
• He must have good knowledge of planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating training activities (training skills).
