Job description
This role is 100% remote, work from home, so you never have to fight traffic on the way to the office again.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare timely and accurate payroll documentation for internal and external use
- Implement payroll end to end
- Configure payroll systems as well as integrate with HR systems
- Assist as needed with the configuration / implementation of the HR application
- Gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements
- Identify areas of improvement and project process related challenges
- Work closely with client focus groups to identify product improvements
- Work closely with sales, marketing, users, and technical support to develop improvement requirements
- Ensure objectives of all projects are met within schedule constraints
- Participate in UAT phase of development to help QA validate the product
- Gather and analyze payroll and HR regulatory/compliance information
- Evaluate and interpret payroll laws and regulations
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to record, organize, and present information
Desired Skills and Experience
- 5 years experience in a technical Payroll and Human Resource related role
- Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC certified)
- Understanding of payroll software applications and reporting
- General Ledger experience (GL)
- Computational Defs
- HRIS – understanding of applications and reporting
- CPP – Certified Payroll Professional certification desired
- PHR certification desired
- SPHR certification desired
- System Integrations
- Experience with HR solutions and integrations
- English fluency

Total Compensation is US $20/hour, which is $40K annually
Hours are full-time: 40/hrs per week (8hrs/day, 5 days/week)
