We are recruiting to fill the position of:
Job Title: Inventory and Procurement Manager
Location: Lagos
Level: Deputy Manager – Manager
Reporting to: Finance & Admin Director
Job Summary:
An executive to middle management position responsible for overseeing the procurement and stock management operations of the company.
Role:
Oversee the preparation, analysis, negotiation and review of contracts related to the purchase or sale of equipment, materials, supplies, products, or services
Handle the acquisition, distribution and storage of equipment and supplies
Advise management on the disposal of company property following due process
Provide supplies by identifying needs for various units in the company
Develop policies, procedures, and work schedules.
Provide archival reference by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems.
Prepare annual budget and periodic reports on operating cost for office supplies
Maintain, monitor and regularly update an inventory of all equipment and assets.

Candidate:
Must have leadership quality, good organisational skills and must be capable of taking decisions
Must have the ability to work within deadlines and achieve set targets
Must be pro-active, self-motivated and determined
Must have ability to work effectively in a team and motivate other team members
Ability to cope with conflicting work pressures and assist others to cope with conflicting work pressures
Educated to HND / Degree level with minimum of lower credit or second class lower.
