Job description
Our client is a leading food production/processing business with a significant $multi-billion turnover. They now seek to recruit an experienced and highly capable Head of Laboratory to oversee the R&D, testing and evaluation of their products to ensure the highest possible international food standards are met and adhered to.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a track record in wheat testing and evaluation, dough-science and the role of enzymes in flour/wheat sectors. You should be an expert in the flour/wheat testing sector and associated equipment and techniques.
