Job Description
The Planned Parenthood Association of Ghana (PPAG), hereby invites result – oriented and committed persons to apply for the position of Resource Mobilization Officer, in the Association
Purpose of the Position
To provide Administrative and Marketing support to the Association.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Founders Center
- Welcomes visitors and assist them in the purpose of their visit
- Ensure that in-coming mails are sorted and duly dealt with
- Ensure that out-going mails are sent on schedule
- File documents/correspondence appropriately, both manually and electronically
- Provide secretarial support during meetings, seminars, training sessions/workshops
- Assist in carrying out Marketing and Resource Mobilization activities in the Association
- Assist in developing strategic marketing plans for the Association
- Assist in Facilitating training sessions at the learning center
- Ensure the judicial use of stationary and equipment
- Performs any other duties that may be assigned by the immediate supervisor

Required Skills or Experience
- A first degree in Business Administration (Marketing option), or its equivalent
- A minimum of three (3) years relevant working experience
- Office Management and Secretarial Skills will be an added advantage
