This position provides a rare opportunity to the self-driven and achievement motivated professional and

Responsible to the Board of Directors, the successful candidate would see to the effective implementation of the strategic plan of the Group, business development as well as providing leadership to the subsidiaries within the Group on agreed contract basis.

This search is for an individual who has a demonstrable capacity for strategic thinking, effectively navigating through complexities in innovation, quick implementation of set schemes and achievement
of results through a variety of stakeholders.
- A Minimum of a good First degree from a recognized University isrequired. The possession of a Masters degree or post-graduation professional qualification such as MBA, ACA, CII, CFA etc is clearly advantageous.
- A minimum of 18 years post-graduation consolidated experience, 7 of which must be at the Top Management level in the Financial Services Sector particularly the Insurance sub-sector, is required. A broad-based exposure in the Financial Services internationally is a major advantage.
- The right candidate must have a high level of intrinsic motivation and ready to take advantage of the wide opportunities provided by this role while mitigating the associated risks to achieve the set goals.
