| JOB PURPOSE |
| JOB PURPOSE:§ To monitor, audit and prepare monthly sales revenue report. |
| KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES |
|
Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities§ Identify and resolve outstanding balances on monthly basis with company travel agencies.§ Monitor, collect and resolve accounting receivable and aging items§ Prepare travel agents invoicing and follow up on payment
§ Prepare weekly and monthly revenue reports
§ Any other assigned task

| EDUCATION & QUALIFICATION |
|
Qualification & Experience:§ A minimum of first degree in accounting or related field§ A minimum of five years working experience in revenue accounts or finance related field§ Experience in Radixx software is an added advantage
§ Must be very analytical and proficient in using Microsoft Excel.

| WORK EXPERIENCE |
|
Competencies (Knowledge/ skills/ ability)§ Must be highly detailed oriented and meticulous§ Ability to work cooperatively and collectively with all level of employees§ Reconcile daily sales revenue between bank and the company accounts
§ Ensure that all monthly transactions are accurately recorded into the accounting system and reconciled with the bank
