Our Client is the leading international supplier of industrial solutions for oil and gas. The company requires Customer Service Representative to join the team responsible for Middle East business.
The company is looking for a proactive person who is able to deliver exceptional level of customer support.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process customer orders in a timely manner.
- Expedite order and take timely corrective actions.
- Maintain effective communication and coordinate all stakeholders responsible for issue resolution.
- Support sales activities of the team.
- Plan, forecast, follow up on orders from customers and suppliers.
- Deliver regular reports.
BACKGROUND
- Degree in technical discipline.
- 3+ years experience in customer relations, preferably in manufacturing or industrial automation.
- Problem solving approach, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Strong computer skills.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
