Technical Pre-sales Executive
Job Description
To provide technical business solution consultancy during the presales process to secure new business for the company in the area of Cloud / Managed Services.
The successful candidate will also assist the Sales team to drive our managed services business- outsourced services and other services-as-a-product such as; centralized service Desk, security, and network monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical presales support to the sales team including assisting with invitations to tender, conducting technical workshops, helping quantify services proposals, conducting demonstrations and presentations in accordance with customer requirements
Assist sales team in prospecting with relevant pitch and market/company specific data
Support the sales teams during engagements by providing advice, planning and technical solution design for cloud or managed services and assisting sales with solution costing
Hardware Sizing as required for customers who require an on premise solution
Deliver solution presentations tailored to the customers’ requirements
Work with Sales team on opportunities to maximize revenue for technical services
Acquire and maintain high level of knowledge and skills, keep abreast of changes and issues in the area of specialty / expertise, and disseminate information to other members of the team
To research the market and bring to the attention of the team hot topics and business issues which the company could potentially offer solutions to
Adhere to Company documentation and quality standards at all times
Ensure the very highest levels of customer service are provided at all times, for both internal and external customers
Provide weekly reports to sales and delivery organizations to provide visibility on pipeline, probable deals etc. for planning and tracking business growth
Anchoring client visits – from the stage of planning, identifying key participants, story board for the meeting, reviewing content, planning demos / team discussions and front ending the discussion
Conduct primary and secondary research; generate and qualify market analytic/research
Generate Collateral, Case Studies, White Papers, etc and assist Sales in pitch evangelism

Experience of presenting solutions to Senior Executive
Enthusiasm and personal drive
