Job Title: Manpower/HR Manager
Locations: Port Harcourt, Lagos, Abeokuta

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- The Manpower/HR Manager Reports to the general Manager.
- The Incumbent will be responsible for managing employee skill set and ensuring that the company has adequate policies to attract and retain good employees, management employees performance and that employees are well trained to achieve 100% local content manpower.

Qualifications:
- Minimum qualifications is HND/Degree in Social Science with at least 7 years experience in Human Resources management of a reputable company, preferably in oil and gas and bias for industrial relations and stakeholders management.
- Candidate must be able to communicate in English language, have basic HSE competence including swimming certification, medical fitness and sound knowledge of Health, Safety and Environmental issues.
