Fidelity Bank Ghana Limited a wholly Ghanaian-owned bank is seeking to recruit Sales Ambassadors (In all ten regions in Ghana) to market and sell products of the Bank.

The Job Description Includes;

  • Prospecting for new clients
  • Acquiring new clients through the Smart account process
  • Managing enquiries of existing customers and referring issues to appropriate bank officials
  • Generating referrals from existing customers and acquiring them
  • Projecting the brand of Fidelity across the market segment.

 

Required Skills or Experience

  • HND, DBS, a minimum of a Professional Qualification (part 1)
  • Not more than 27 years of age

Required Skills and Expertise

  • Optimistic, energetic and result oriented
  • Good communication skills (Fluent in English and any other local dialect)
  • Confident, proactive and can work in a team
