• To make reservations and issue tickets whilst providing the highest standard of customer service to both existing and potential clients.

• Interface with customers regarding ticket sales and reservation
• Handle all customer-related issues at the front desk area to the satisfaction of all potential passengers and existing passengers
• Ensure customer turn-around time is within company standards
• Provide relevant, timely & accurate reports for management briefing
• Assist Marketing Officials in organizing Special Events and activities

•  Possess knowledge in Fare Quotes and Reservations.
•  Ensure all tickets issued correctly according to AWA & IATA regulations.
•  Block group seats for series and adhoc group.
•  Possess knowledge in revalidation, rebooking, upgrading.
•  Issue, validate and record all MPDs for excess luggage payments.
•  Conduct coupon reconciliation and balancing.
•  Reconcile cash uplift with ticket sales in tandem with bank.
•  Provide a frontline point of presence for passenger enquiries.
•  Process baggage and passengers in line with AWA standards.
•  Knowledge of ticketing and use of Radixx is a plus

•  At least 2 (Two) years’ work experience.
•  A good knowledge of aviation industry will be an added advantage.
•  Preferably but not essentially to have IATA/UFTTA qualifications.
•  Preferable to have experience in CRS/GDS.
•  Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
•  Work well on own initiative and adapt to changing work demands.
•  Computer literate.
•  Legal right to work as a Ghanaian
