Our client is a Conglomerate with interest in various sectors such as Real estate, Projects, IMPEX trading, Intergrated healthcare, Petroleum , Agriculture, Automation, Data services, and Finance.
As part of their structuring process, they have decided to hire an Admin Manager .
Responsibilities:
To oversee all accounting functions including budgeting, asset management, cash flow management, management reporting and accounting analysis in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles as well as other applicable laws, rules and guidelines.
To assist in the development of current and long term organizational goals and objectives as well policies and procedures of the company.
Ensure that procurement and administrative policies and procedures are adhered to and are compatible with donor criteria.
Ensure internal financial and administrative procedures are compatible with prevailing laws of the companys procedures.
Prepare and present annual financial statement up to external audits.
Ability & Skills:
Ability to write clear and concise reports, good spoken and written English
Proven ability to produce results within tight deadlines.
Must have administrative experience
Must be able to lead and/or manage people .
Analytical skills and decision making ability even in complex and sensitive situations.
