LOAN OFFICERS
Candidates for this position must have B.Sc/HND in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, and/or related fields. Prior experience as a Loan Officer in a reputable microfinance bank would be an advantage, but is not required.
COLLECTION OFFICERS
Candidates for this position must have OND in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics and/or related fields and beable to handle cash.
RECOVERY OFFICERS
Candidates for this position must have B.Sc/HND in Economics, Business, Accounting Statistics, Law or other numerate coursework with three years experience in a reputable bank or microfinance bank.
DEBT COLLECTORS
The minimum qualification required for this position is OND, B.Sc/HND with three years experience in Debt Recovery in a reputable bank or microfinance bank.
BRANCH MANAGERS
Candidates for this position must have a minimum of HND or BSC in Business, Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, with minimum of 5 years cognate experience in a similar role in a microfinance bank. Possession of the CIBN Microfinance Certified Banker certification is an advantage.
