Responsibilities
Establish Human Resource department
Act as Training Manager (develop training programs and plan career development)
Ensure implementation of company policy and procedures
Develop employees handbook stating employment details, conditions, benefits and compensation
Develop job descriptions and requirements
Handles company’s corporate social responsibility
