Job description
You will be responsible for the efficient management of the Planned Maintenance Program for the mechanical, electrical, PCM and auxiliary equipment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing a 24 month Maintenance Plan in accordance with the RCM studies developed for Maintenance Management, which include day to day maintenance and overhauls.
- Ensuring parts, consumables and expertise is available as scheduled.
- Establishing controls to ensure all equipment history logs are maintained.
- Ensuring continuous improvement of service delivery by utilization of systems to plan and control the flow of maintenance work and record for compliance and equipment history purposes.

Desired Courses: Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering
Desired Skills and Experience
To succeed in this role you should have a degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent, and experience in planning and scheduling in Hydro Power Plants. You will have experience in reviewing and determining equipment condition and point of equipment component in its life cycle.
Qualifications/Experience required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent
- Experience in planning and scheduling
- Experience in managing and executing Maintenance Plans
- Experience working in a Hydro Power Plant
