System Administrator Job Vacancy At Kwaebibirem Rural Bank Ltd

Kwaebibirem Rural Bank Ltd in the Eastern Region is looking for qualified persons for the position of: System Administrator 
Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Managing T 24/Globus Software Application and any application introduced by the ARB Apex Bank
  • Implementing Systems and Control, ensuring only authorised users have access to the company systems
  • Setting up and configuring new computers to join the existing domain server
  • Rectifying all Systems identified problems
  • Specifying the recommended changes in Technology and Systems to ensure optimal service delivery
  • Building   computer   networks   including   resolving detailed information for the problem log for errors
  • See to the running and management of the IT department
  • Evaluating and planning necessary upgrades of the computers and networks
  • Performs other internal duties (training and coaching newly recruited staff on the T24 software
  • Generating and printing and submission of daily, weekly and monthly returns using EFASS
  • Communicating to ARB Apex Bank Data centre on issues not resolved internally
  • Backing up of data daily, weekly and monthly and data storage
  • Any activity assigned by the Head of ICT or the General Manager.

Required Skills or Experience

  • A minimum of HND in Computer Science/Professional Diploma in IT or any other professional qualification, with at least 5 years experience preferably in Rural Banking.
  • Knowledge in T24 software is an advantage.
