Job Description:
- Arrange travel itineraries for the Associate Partner
- Keep records of all ongoing unit activities
- Schedules, attends and prepares minutes of meeting
- Prepare unit budget, raise requisitions and carry out funds retirement
- Liaise with vendors and handle all unit procurement activities
- Carry out research and make presentation on findings on topics assigned by the supervisor
- Disburse unit operational funds for business development and other work related activities
- Perform all other duties as assigned by the Associate partner
Job Requirements
Required Experience: 1-3 year(s)
Job Requirements:
- Applicants must hold B.Sc in Business Administration or any Social Science discipline
- Minimum of one year experience in working in this capacity
- Must be versatile in the use of MS office tools to a level of 7/10
