Job Description:
  • Arrange travel itineraries for the Associate Partner
  • Keep records of all ongoing unit activities
  • Schedules, attends and prepares minutes of meeting
  • Prepare unit budget, raise requisitions and carry out funds retirement
  • Liaise with vendors and handle all unit procurement activities
  • Carry out research and make presentation on findings on topics assigned by the supervisor
  • Disburse unit operational funds for business development and other work related activities
  • Perform all other duties as assigned by the Associate partner
Job Requirements
Required Experience: 1-3 year(s)
Job Requirements:
  • Applicants must hold B.Sc in Business Administration or any Social Science discipline
  • Minimum of one year experience in working in this capacity
  • Must be versatile in the use of MS office tools to a level of 7/10
