We are currently recruiting for a Sourcing Manager to join our Operations-Procurement function based in London.

The Sourcing Management role plays a crucial part in the delivery of benefits at the end market level through the execution of the agreed category and sourcing strategy and through acting as an interface with the local stakeholders
As a Sourcing Manager you will be responsible for the execution of End market category “Sourcing to Contract” specifically: Source to contract (sourcing plan, tender, negotiate and contract) Spend and compliance reporting Commercial risk management Contract Management
Some of the principal accountabilities are:
To understand customer requirements including their business goals to be able to deliver business benefits
Responsible for the development and execution of sourcing plans within the End Market/Cluster
To support the execution of global sourcing , where required
To ensure the end market/cluster category sourcing and contracts meet the business requirements through the execution of the strategic sourcing process.
To manage the stakeholder relationship for the sourcing activities in scope
To act as a change agent and to implement global category strategies and sourcing projects at end market/cluster level
