DUTIES:

Management of internal HR System “Cascade”

You will be responsible for all aspects of operations for NES Global Talent’s Built Environment business unit within the UK. This role will include re-establishing NES Global Talent’s excellent reputation in the Built Environment market across the UK, expanding from the current operational activities in London and the North West to create a truly national operation. Building exceptional, sustainable relationships across the Built Environment will facilitate growth of the business and maintain NES Global Talent’s reputation for excellence, whilst allowing the team to maximise opportunities within existing locations and customers, and also facilitate further growth.

As a first class ambassador for the NES Global Talent brand, both internally and externally, this role will be responsible for identifying, pursuing and securing new business for all of NES Global Talent’s Energy business units within the UK. This will include maximising opportunities with existing customers through the development of exceptional and sustainable commercial relationships, as well as securing customers new to NES Global Talent. This role will be based either in Glasgow or Surbiton

The Senior Consultant will work as a key member of the recruitment team in the Denver Operation, and will be responsible for strong revenue generation, business development and management of specific accounts in supporting day-to-day activities to maximize brand awareness of NES Global Talent, and mentoring/developing junior members of the Recruitment Team.
