<strong>Engagement of Business Development Manager</strong>
<strong>The Company </strong>
Orange Insurance Brokers Limited was set up to further access insurance services for low-income people and microenterprises through business partnership with major insurance and microfinance institutions. It is also to engage other institutions and individuals that require its services. It is located in Lagos and intends to set up branches in strategic locations across the country.
<strong>The Position</strong>
<strong>Business Development Manager
The job entails the following amongst others:</strong>
Planning, development and appraisal of marketing plans
Identification and engagement with potential clients
Development of innovative marketing materials
Maintaining excellent relationship with clients and underwriter firms
<strong>The Person</strong>
<strong>The person we seek shall amongst others:</strong>
Possess requisite professional or academic qualifications in marketing and business development
Have a minimum six (6) years active engagement in Marketing and Business Development. Experience in the insurance sector will be an added advantage
Have charismatic personality with positive outlook
Possess excellent people management skills and emotional intelligence
Location
The location is Lagos and will be required to work out of Lagos periodically
<strong>Remuneration</strong>
The position is challenging and will be adequately remunerated
